Lot 3, called &#8216;Supply of Standard Software &amp; Services Other Vendors and Open Source&#8217; has been awarded to Protinus IT and Comparex. Over the coming years, these two parties will have to compete for assignments for at least 63 different software vendors, divided over 16 function groups.
